When will my order be shipped?
- Open edition prints typically ship within 2-3 business days.
- Signed prints may take up to 1 week to process and ship.
- Embellished prints, originals, or custom orders may take between 1-3 weeks to ship due to the additional time needed for customization.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Modifications and cancellations can be requested before your order has shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Are the prints signed?
"Open edition" prints have a signature printed on the piece. Hand-signed prints are available through a custom order. Please contact us to request a custom order!
Do you offer custom sizes or framing?
At this time, we offer standard print sizes which fit standard frames. Frames can be included with a custom order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we can only ship within the US, but international shipping will be available soon!
How should I care for my print?
To ensure the longevity of your print, keep it out of direct sunlight and handle it by the edges to avoid smudges or fingerprints. Framing behind glass or acrylic can further protect your print from dust and damage.

Can I request a custom or commissioned piece?
Custom or commissioned work may be available depending on the current workload. Please get in touch through our Contact Form with your request, and we’ll discuss availability and pricing.
I saw an artwork on social media that’s not in the store. Is it available as a print?
If you don’t see a particular artwork on the website, it may be available elsewhere or could be part of a limited release. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you find it.
